Connective Tissue Release
This is a slower, deep technique that waits for the body to respond to sink into deeper layers of muscle.
Medical Massage
A type of massage that prepares the structure for function. A treatment plan is created based on a postural assessment and your needs.
Trigger Point Therapy
This type of massage targets "knots" that form along nerve pathways. When pressed a trigger point will create a sensation known as "referred pain". This is a sensation that is felt in a part of the body that is not being massaged.
